Forever Puppy has limited space available. We keep the number of guests low in order to provide the best quality and individualized care for your pet. Therefore, we keep a very strict cancellation policy, as there may be clients on our waiting list. For day camp guests, cancellations must be made 3 hours in advance. Dogs are more than welcome to walk in and join day camp; however, space and availability are not guaranteed. For boarding guests, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance and 72 hours during holidays. Downpayments (one night) will be required for reservations within one week before and after national holidays.
Payment is required for all services rendered prior to departure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and debit cards. We do not accept checks. (Amex is currently not accepted)
All dogs must complete a behavioral assessment by one of our specialists before attending day camp or boarding. Forever Puppy has absolute discretion to refuse to provide service to any pet if any sign of negative and/or aggressive behavior is determined.
Tours are available and must be scheduled in advance. Please email us to schedule.
All dogs joining day camp must be spayed or neutered per your veterenarians recommended age. Intact dogs will be considered if they are staying solely for boarding and will not join any day camp activities.
Vaccinations, Flea Protection, Medical conditions
All dogs camping or boarding with us must be at least 12 weeks old or have your veterenarian's clearance and have complete vaccinations per veterenarian's clearance. In order to protect your pet’s health, Forever Puppy requires that all pets boarding and joining day camp have the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP or DAPP), and Bordetella. It is best to have your pet vaccinated at least two weeks prior to boarding to watch for any possible reaction. We also require flea protection (all types are accepted). Senior pups and pups with existing medical conditions must have vet clearance and provide detailed care needs prior to your stay to ensure your pups' needs are met.
Forever Puppy recommends an exit bath for dogs boarding more than 5 days. In the duration of your dog’s stay, Forever Puppy reserves the right to provide your dog a bath should the need arise to ensure your dog’s health and overall sanitation. Forever Puppy will contact you if this is the case and will need your authorization. Fees may apply.
Other Medical Conditions/Sickness
All dogs must be on a flea medication regimen and in good health. All dogs checking in either for day camp or boarding are checked for fleas and any sign of contagious sickness upon arrival. Forever Puppy has the right to refuse service for dogs positive for fleas or any sickness that may not be beneficial for your own dog and other guests.
Forever Puppy provides Natural Balance (Venison/grain free), both dry and wet, depending on your dog’s preference. However, dog parents are encouraged to bring in their dog’s food providing that all bags and cans are properly marked with your dog’s name and serving portions in a zip-lock bag or an airtight container. We normally feed our guests twice a day, in the morning and the afternoon. However, we will happily grant any request in your dog’s feeding frequency. We also administer any supplements and medications that your pet needs at no additional cost.
Blankets, Beds, Toys etc.
Forever Puppy provides elevated, air-cooled, vinyl beds that deliver the same comfort of orthopedic mattresses. However, should you choose to provide your own bed, blanket or toy for your dog, Forever Puppy requires you to complete a waiver to acknowledge the risks involved due to chewing, and possibly ingesting such items.
